Privacy Policy
HDRM · Last updated October 10, 2026
HDRM helps musicians and their teams see their career data in one place. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address and the password you choose (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Public artist data from public sources: follower and listener counts, public releases, videos and news articles about the artist.
- Data from accounts you connect, only after you authorize it and only with read-only access:
- YouTube (Google): channel statistics and YouTube Analytics reports such as views and audience geography.
- Instagram (Meta): profile and follower insights such as audience by city and country.
- TikTok: basic profile and account statistics.
- Spotify for Artists (where an artist grants access): audience location reports.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use it
Only to show the artist and the people they invite their own data, trends, alerts and reports inside HDRM. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use connected-account data for advertising.
Google user data
HDRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to display the connected channel's own statistics to that artist and their team. We also follow the YouTube Terms of Service; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Who can see it
Data about an artist is visible only to people that artist (or their account) has invited, according to the access level they were given. Our staff access it only to operate and support the service.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and processed on cloud servers in the United States. Daily metric history is kept for 90 days. Connection tokens are kept until you disconnect or delete your account.
Your choices
- Disconnect any connected account at any time from the artist's Edit page, or revoke access in that platform's own settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Delete your data: see Data deletion.
- Access or correct your account details from your Account page, or by contacting us.
Children
HDRM is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
